Shipping & Delivery

DH Vision offers delivery across Kuwait.

Delivery Fee: 1 KD per order
Free Delivery: Orders above 25 KD qualify for free delivery.

Orders are processed after successful order confirmation and payment. Delivery times may vary depending on the customer's location, order volume, weekends, public holidays, and circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including their name, mobile number, area, and complete address. DH Vision is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Please check your order when it is delivered. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you.

Refunds

Refunds are provided only in cases where a product is received damaged.

To request a refund for a damaged product, customers may be required to provide the order number along with clear photographs or videos showing the damaged product and packaging.

After reviewing and verifying the claim, DH Vision will determine the appropriate resolution. If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the applicable payment method, where possible.

Refunds are not available for change of mind, personal preference, incorrect product selection, or products that have been opened or used, unless the product was received damaged.

Exchanges

An exchange is available if:

The product received is damaged; or
The wrong product was delivered.

For incorrect orders, DH Vision will arrange an exchange for the correct product, subject to availability.

Customers should retain the original product, packaging, and related items until the exchange or refund request has been reviewed.
